We will just call you. That’s one of the job application cliche. Once an HR Officer told you this. Chew and swallow it. 70-30, it’s a sign – your job search is ain’t over. A friend of mine had his exams and interview days ago. Luckily, he passed. The process he has gone through are the old school ways, I guess, of hiring. It usually involves 2 exams, wherein you have to pass the first part before you can proceed to the next level. I’ve been there too, twice in the past. And I hate it. It’s like an NSAT. There’s the presence of secondary mathematics, algebra, grammar & reading comprehension, etc. Other subject matters are fine. But Math, aarggh. Believe me, I forgot fractions. How do you divide 3/4 and 8/15?
Way way back school days, my guy friends would ask me to make their poetry assignments in exchange with my math and programming problems. Or sometimes I rewrite their new notebook. Most of the guys has this common problem of katamaran magsulat. That’s why when the time comes that the teacher will check their notebooks, they panicked, borrowed other’s complete notes and called my name. At ang tyaga ko talaga. But it’s okay. It’s a sacrifice or else I’ll fail Math too . What’s only ironic is that I finished programming and can understand codes and yet the hatred of Math.
What I have here are happy accidents designs, free verse in spontaneity, unconventional shots, twisted angle and unsung beauty of whatever-ness.
