I was browsing some design resources awhile ago when I noticed the numerous links of generating stuff. Generate a post-it note. Generate a pattern, texture, stripes. Generate a form code. It is really cool and helpful for designers and developers.

And so I wonder – maybe when the year 5000+ arrives, everything in this world will be generated. Hah. Imagine the freedom to choose anything in accordance to your gusto!

Like, maybe, you can generate your kind of day wherein you have myriad options to be happy, exciting, productive, etc. Then you will have a forecast of all the bad luck that will come your way, which doesn’t worry you anyway, because you have 3 action buttons to choose from: Prevent, Modify and Delete.

Ahm okay, that will be sooo boring. Why, because there will be no surprises! Absence of sudden joy and unexpected moments isn’t really healthy. You’ll be burnout and you will die useless with zero moments to cherish.

Oh how about a wife/husband generator?! At least, this will lessen the divorce and annulment issues.

Last weekend, I was able to catch this certain showbiz tsismis TV show. Well, nothing is new. It is still the same showbiz world, where celebrity stars leaving their wife/husband because of stupid reasons, is not a rare thing.

This reminds me of a very old news about Pops Fernandez and Martin Nievera. I forgot the full details. The only thing I remember was when Pops mentioned about their differences in squeezing the toothpaste tube. She prefers doing it from bottom and hates it when her ex-husband squeeze it near the top (or maybe in the middle). Whatever.

Of course that’s not the real reason why they broke up. I just find it funny because it simply shows that most of the celebrities are no longer considering the word “compromise”. They can’t bear to hold on, sacrifice a little and have more faith . It’s so easy for them to let go, file annulment and find someone else. Where have all the true love gone?

Sad to say, but this is the difference of marriage between non-celeb and celebrities: Money, fame and beauty opens a lot of possibilities for the latter while the non-celeb, who has no money and uncertain of future, will probably prefer to just hold on and continue to love their alcoloholic egoistic husband. Eiw.

I warned myself not to continue reading – but argh, I cannot easily abandon the book. I’m currently into it. Reading Greene Graham’s short classic novel entitled The End of The Affair is like reading a diary of someone who is angrily & obsessively in love.

The book is known as one of the angriest book ever written about love. I hate the feeling while reading the first few pages. It is not a feel-good book. The presence of pessimism is not healthy.

But there’s full of intriguing characters which makes me wonder what will happen in the end. So I decided…okay, I’ll finish the book.

My boyfriend finds it weird everytime I read those kinds of books. Just like years ago, when he found out that the book he saw in my wish list is entitled Veronika Decides To Die (by Paolo Coelho). He said - Heh, ano ba yan, iwas sa drugs (he’s kidding of course) He still bought the book, anyway. I’m not really a dark person. In fact, I don’t admire bitter & loathe point of views. I’m just curious what makes them to be like that.

It’s a girlfriend’s week for me. And I didn’t even plan it, no one did, it simply happens. The magic of unexpected wonderful moments! :

• For the past few days, I’ve been spending chika moments with the boyfriend’s brother’s girlfriend (what’s the relation’s call?). We had girl talk as usual. Boyfriend’s issues, lovelife status, why this-why that and stuff.

  Discussing relationship with girlfriends will make you realize that you are not alone because you shared the same sentiments.*Ako din, feeling ko ganun* which makes me therefore conclude that women indeed are crazy paranoid unreasonable beings with 75% wrong intuitions, confuse decisions, and emotional OA. Heh.

• One good friend of mine, a registered Nurse in U.S, is now in Manila for vacation. She was fetched by Annie, She & Jhoanna this morning at Airport . We’re going to have an overnight pajama party tonight – yes, girls only! I’m looking forward to it. I miss being with them. These girls are my long time best friends for almost a decade already (classmates from all girls school to Ateneo).

• A YM conference with another group of girls in office just happened several hours ago. We we’re talking about the Bridal shower this Friday. We’re considering the idea of looking for some hot guy who can dance naked.

See? that is why I declared this week of mine as girlfriend’s week because of the overnight pajama party, girlfriends issues, and the bridal shower.
