Unreasonable bash, rants and hate will always be a part of every human being in this world. I say unreasonable because there may be an absence of proof , or a cause of wrong impression, false interpretations, silly assumptions.
It comes in different forms – like maybe a rant about a frustrating delayed McDo service, bad impressions of a co-worker, or how she hates that stranger girl in the coffee shop , etc, etc. It’s a long list actually.
When it is happening, I simply find myself listening, quiet, smiling and wondering over and over again- why do people love to complain about simple things like this?!
Although I must admit I have my fair share of stuff like that (but only once in a blue moon). The healthy way to deal with it is–ok fine maybe rant about it once, do some analysis then laugh it off. On the following day, forget it, forgive and move on.
Life is so good and beautiful. It is not meant to live with so much hatred. That’s what I’ve learned from my father.
There are more important things in this world. Sobrang dami. As for myself, there’s our wedding to prepare. A shoes /feet pictures to shoot and collect. A guitar waiting to be played. A female community website to maintain. Freelance designs to work. Also, andyan din ang ZTE scandal politics issue na sinusubaybayan ko sa news. I’m also watching CNN. Papa said when one is starting to appreciate news, particularly the business news, it’s a sign of old age. Haha.

Meanwhile , this present rally that we have right at this moment is giving me goosebumps. A lot of people are angry already. I also heard a cloud-seeding was done daw awhile ago and lot of rally participants were blocked/stopped from the Expressways. Hmm… *me grabs popcorn* let’s see what happens next. Will GMA resign?
J-laloo, as I fondly call her, had her wedding 2 weeks ago. The pic below is the proof of how we harassed and tried to steal her lucky groom :d

Photos was taken by their official fotog. That day was a blast as we shared their very special day of tying the knot. Just like Riz , this year for me is also surrounded by weddings.
Yay. I can’t help but wonder- how it’s gonna be – when that big day comes. Currently, I am making myself busy with loaded tasks at work and starting with the redesign concepts of our backup photographer’s website (yep, it’s an ex-deal). We are also done with some of the major reservations of venues, caterers, etc. because the boyfriend fiance is going out of the country next week.
It’s raining foreign concerts here in Manila: Julia Fordham was at Ayala Malls last Feb 8-9, Neyo on Feb 29, Maroon 5 on March 5 and then Incubus on March 9.
Coolness.
I’m not watching any of it though this time. Vertical Horizon Concert was a blast last December – and I’m looking for sorta-kinda-similar alternative concerts like that. My wish list continues: Lifehouse, Dave Matthews Band, Oasis, Third Eye Blind, and many more.
In other news, Juno movie won an award in the 2008 Spirit Awards as the Best Indie Film of the Year. Ellen Page a.k.a Juno won as Best Actress and Diablo Cody, the talented writer behind that witty movie, won her Best First Screenplay.
Also, watch out for the Oscar Awards 2008 this coming 24th of February (U.S time). This will be live telecast on ABS-CBN at 9:30 a.m on the 25th of February (Oh, that’s tomorrow…and hey it’s EDSA holiday tomorrow for some, we have work though. Bleh.)
Have a long weekend everyone :d
