In the interest of making my waistline (from 29 down to maybe 27…hmm or maybe 28), I had eaten 2 bananas only for my lunch. I did that for almost 2 weeks.

As a result, a sort of air world war 3 is happening inside my tummy right now. Soldiers running, bombs exploding disallowing me to eat and function properly. Hyperacidity because it was empty most of the time and constipation because of the banana. Lolz.

Last Friday, the wedding gown couture jot down 27 as my waistline. :p

But hey still – the regimen is soo wrong. It’s a risky DIY diet that can only cause more harm.

P.S What’s so weird about it is that despite the pain, I found myself productive the whole weekend – printing, documenting and finalizing stuff.
