Random blahs.

It’s early in the morning and I just woke up -  pointless dreams and nightmares that came out of nowhere were in my mind. There are two airplanes and some auto accessories that are floating in the ocean. Looks like a crash or something. Ugh. And because of that I wasn’t able to sleep well. Add the presence of dysmenorrhea too. Ugh. So I need to let this out or else my sanity will totally vanish.

I’m beginning to have this habit of early cup of milk around 5 in the morning. For some reason, I always feel hungry during this time. Must be the cold weather. Or maybe because of medicines I took for the fever and colds I had few days ago.

Most of the things are a lil disorganize right now, I shall fix it religiously once the upcoming getaway weekend vacation is over.

One of the stuff that I bought from Baguio is a bottle of honeybee. I really like it for my milk and oats. It’s a healthy thing – as antiseptic, antioxidant and antibacterial. When my dear Papa came last week and visited me at home (checking how’s her youngest daughter dealing with married life :p) I gave the bottle of honey to him. He’s getting older each day and he needs it more than me.

Because it’s freaking hot outside, I’ve been drinking assorted cold drinks, softdrinks, juice — and then 2 days ago, I ate lots lotsa of flavored cheese and vanilla ice cream…and so, and so now my beautiful sweet voice is gone. Awhile ago, I called the customer service of HSBC and the call center guy can’t understand a thing because I can’t speak properly. Heh. Now, I’m drinking salabat (ginger tea) for this paos of mine.

Night mode: While my hubby is having a goodnight sleep – I, on the other side of our divider, is working. Last week, I made some general cleaning, rearranging furniture and stuff. One of the effective tips on working at home productively is to separate the working area…the bed can really be inviting and I might end up sleeping than working.

The biz that we are into with girl friends is currently in pilot mode. Hopefully, everything will fall into place soon. One of the major business glitch of being in a corporation or team is that we have to set apart and decide on how it will affect or sacrifice individual priorities.

We’ve been checking summer promo rates every once in awhile for another weekend getaway and yes of course getting ready with the vacation luggage.

Did you know that today is the second Friday the 13th for this year. Last month (February) was the first and we still have one more on November.

How lucky or unlucky can we get?

Do you believe that 13 is really a unlucky number? Buildings don’t have 13th floors, same with hospital and hotel rooms.

A year ago, during our wedding planning stage, the only available weekend date left for the church we like was  December 13.  It seems no one wants the date as well. And so…and so we decided to forget a weekend wedding and choose 11th even if it’s a weekday.

But on the career side – I guess 13 is such a good date for me. Ever since my corporate world began, there are already 3 companies (previous-present) who hired me and gave me contracts which always says:  Hiring date: < month> 13, <year>.

And ohh also today means – I’ve been sleeping, resting, bumming around for one month!  My last day at TheDesignPeople was last month’s Friday the 13th.

Yeah, yeah…one month is long enough. That’s why it’s time to go back to regular programming :)
